What it is

Preventive and corrective service for process chillers and cold-room systems to maintain capacity, energy efficiency, and product integrity—backed by SLA options.

Preventive Maintenance Scope

1. Operational check – suction/discharge pressures, ΔT across coils, superheat/subcool, controller alarms/history.

2. Heat-exchange care – condenser/evaporator coil cleaning; fin straightening; airflow verification.

3. Refrigerant circuit – leak detection (electronic/soap/N₂ pressure), filter-drier change, sight glass inspection, moisture indicator.

4. Drain & defrost – pan and line cleaning, heater/defrost cycle verification.

5. Pumps & hydraulics – pump amps, flow, strainers; glycol concentration (if used).

6. Electrical & controls – tighten terminals, inspect contactors/relays, sensors calibration, set-point/hysteresis review.

7. Housekeeping & safety – insulation repair, panel sealing, labeling.

Corrective Service

• Fault isolation and on-site repair; temporary work-around when possible

• Component replacement (fans, compressors, valves, sensors, drives)

• Refrigerant recovery & recharge per regulation

• Emergency SLA response (e.g., ≤4–8 h for Premium)
