Project Flow

Survey → Design → Material selection → Installation → Pressure test → Commissioning → Handover

Scope of Work

1. Site audit & sizing – demand profiling, ring/main layout, drops, isolation strategy.

2. Design details – pipe sizing, slope & drip legs, color coding, quick-couplers, future expansion points.

3. Materials (per application) – Aluminum (low ΔP, clean), Stainless, Galvanized, PP-R; food-grade options.

4. Valves & drains – block/bleed, non-return, automatic zero-loss drains at low points.

5. Supports & safety – hangers, seismic considerations, guard rails where required.

6. Filters/regulators – pre/post filtration near points of use; pressure zoning.

7. Testing – hydro/pneumatic pressure test, leak check; documentation.

8. Commissioning – flow/pressure verification, setpoints; as-built drawing & O&M briefing.
